In this IPW Update, we’re going to tell you about intelligent multi approval in IPW, new team members, our new website, and our 20-year anniversary.

Today, you are only able to appoint one person as document approver of revision changes in your IPW system. With multi approval, you will be able to choose between four different approval flows:
- One document approver – as you know it
- One document approver – but with the option to choose between several approvers
- All document approvers must give their consent if they are appointed as required approvers.
- All document approvers must give their approval, but in a specific order.
Multi approval will be included in the IPW Standard Package ✔️

Martin will make IPW customers find new and improved work flows by looking two degrees to the right and 5 milimetres up: How can we challenge status quo?
How do we fully utilize available resources?
Martin’s toolbox consists of a deep business acumen combined with a ’Can Do’ attitude. He has broad experience within strategy, sales, deviation incidents, production, and procurement from different business areas, such as digital information boards, industrial machinery, and corporate telecommunications.
Nicklas Laursen
IPW Consultant
Nicklas is our newest IPW Consultancy team member. Nicklas will be working with everything from customer meetings and implementation support to business analysis and project management.
With a Master in IT Management coupled with just the right amount of curiosity, ambition, and drive, Nicklas is already well underway to be the perfect sparring partner for our customers.

20 years have passed since IPW first opened its doors with the promise of “Making today better”. This definitely deserves a proper celebration, so we are throwing a backyard party, and we would love to see you there. So save the date: July 1st.
